Payment Policies

Registration and Payment:

All registration and payment must be completed on the online platform. No manual entries will be done by EMAC staff. During the Registration Process you must create a Member Account, Accept our Liability Policy, Lesson Policies, Payment Policies, and Inclement Weather Policies.  

Registration Fee:

     $6.00 non-refundable registration fee.

Class Fees:

     All Payments must be received prior to the beginning of the first class and be completed online.

     Class Fees are listed in the class description and on the registration platform.

Cancelation Policy:

    Withdrawing From a Class:

  1. Withdrawing from a class prior to the start of all the classes for that session, a full credit will be placed on your lesson account (less the non-refundable registration fee).

  2. Withdrawing from class after the session start, you will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee and charged for all scheduled classes up to the date of requesting being withdrawn (whether or not those classes were attended). No Refund will be given. Any amount left from the original cost of the lesson will be placed on your account.

  3. Private and semi-private lessons require a 6-hour cancelation notice by sending an email to admin@emacswimamerica.org. If EMAC is not notified 6 hours prior to the lesson, it will be forfeited and no make-up/credit will be given. All private and semi-private lessons that are canceled prior the 6-hour will be provided make up dates or a credit can be placed on your lesson account.

​Registering for the Wrong Class and Payment/Credit:

  1. If you register in the wrong level class, the swimmer will be moved to the appropriate level class when a slot is available at no additional cost. If that time not work with your schedule a $20.00 wrong class fee will be assessed and a credit for the remainder of the cost of the lesson will be placed on your account. No refund will be provided for registering the wrong level class.

  2. If you are unsure what level class to register for, please contact the lesson coordinator at coachmarty@emacswim.org to schedule an evaluation. 

  3. Please note 3 and 4 year olds may not register in the group lessons. They must register in the pre-school group lessons. Those students turning 5 in the middle of a session may register in the group lessons.  

  4. Private and Semi Private Lessons Participants should only register for the the classes they have arranged with the Lesson Coordinator.
